Every offering at Serenity Waves is designed around one goal: helping your nervous system shift from "on" to genuinely at rest. Whether you're new to this work or a returning guest, sessions are tailored to what you need that day — no experience or belief system required.
Reiki is a gentle, hands-on energy practice that supports the body's own capacity to relax and restore balance. During a session you remain fully clothed and comfortably supported, while Reiki is offered through light touch or with hands held just above the body, whichever you prefer.
A Sound Journey uses the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls and other carefully chosen instruments to guide your body from a busy, alert state into deep rest. Sessions begin with gentle breathing and meditation, easing you into a settled state before the sound journey begins — often reaching theta, the same brainwave state associated with deep meditation and the edge of sleep.

Bridal Bliss Sound Bath: $360 for up to 6 guests, $60 per additional guest
