Meet Jeannette

Founder, Owner and CEO of Serenity Waves

Jeannette Wilson is the founder of Serenity Waves, LLC, a sound healing and Reiki practice based at SoZo Healing House in Tempe, Arizona. She is a Certified Sound Practitioner through The Sound Healing Course (Levels 1 and 2) at The Sound and Energy Academy, and a certified Usui Reiki Master (Levels I, II, and Master).

Before turning to energy and sound work, Jeannette spent her career in electrical engineering and marketing in the high-tech industry, ultimately serving as a director of marketing in the semiconductor field. That background shapes her approach today: rather than relying on a purely intuitive practice, she brings a clinical, evidence-informed lens grounded in the science of vibration and frequency to every session. Her goal is simple — to create a safe, relaxing environment where clients' nervous systems can shift into a truly restorative state.

Why Serenity Waves Exists - My Philosophy

Everything I offer begins with one hope: that every guest leaves feeling more restored, more peaceful, and more serene than when they arrived.

Life can be loud—even when everything around us is quiet. Between responsibilities, expectations, busy schedules, and the constant pull of technology, finding a moment to truly pause can feel almost impossible.

Serenity Waves was created from a simple belief: peace is not something we should have to earn. We all need places where we can slow down, breathe, reconnect with ourselves, and simply be.

Through Sound Journeys, Reiki, and intentional moments of stillness, I create experiences that invite you to step away from the noise and return to yourself. No pressure to perform, fix or figure anything out — just a welcoming space to rest, reset, and create a little more calm in a world that never stops.
