What is Reiki?
Support, Without Expectation
Reiki is a Japanese energy-healing practice developed by Mikao Usui in the 1920s. During a session, the practitioner gently places their hands on or just above specific areas of the body to support the flow of universal life-force energy, helping reduce stress, ease discomfort, and promote deep relaxation.
Reiki offers a quiet opportunity to step away from the demands of daily life and enter a peaceful space where nothing is expected of you.
