Some guests do, and that's perfectly okay.

A light meal is fine. I'd recommend avoiding a heavy meal right before your session.

Please let me know when you book or before your session. We can talk through what you need to feel comfortable and determine whether the experience can be adapted for you.
For a Sound Journey, you don't have to lie flat on the floor. You may be able to use a chair or another comfortable position if needed.
For Reiki, your comfort comes first. You remain fully clothed and we can adjust your position either on a therapy table or comfortable chair to accommodate your needs.
There is no expectation that you need to "push through" discomfort. My goal is to create a safe, comfortable space where you can relax and receive the experience in a way that works for you.
